Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Kerala invites an experienced sales professional to drive LAP product sales through DSAs and channel partners.

You will assess loan applications, ensure documentation, and coordinate with credit and technical teams to reach disbursement targets while achieving key metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LAP product experience and DSA-based sales.
• Minimum ticket size handled: ₹50 lakhs.
• Experience in NBFC or Bank: 5–6 years.
• Education: Graduate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Source and build customers via DSAs, channel partners, and other channels.
• Meet metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling insurance.
• Assess loan applications and coordinate with credit and technical teams for due diligence.
• Oversee loan sanctioning and disbursement documentation.
• Track Post-Disbursement Documents and provide post-disbursement support.
• Hit LAP product targets.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.

Role Requirement

• Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Should have handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.
