in India is seeking a seasoned sales professional to grow the LAP business through DSAs and channel partners. You will assess loan applications, facilitate visits with credit and technical teams for due diligence, and oversee documentation for sanctioning and disbursement, while tracking post-disbursement support to customers to achieve IRR and fee income targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.

• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.

• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.

Role Requirement

• Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Should have handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.
