Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior sales professional focused on LAP products.

You will build and source customers through DSAs and channel partners, drive revenue targets, and oversee loan sanctioning and disbursement documentation with the credit and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of LAP experience in NBFCs or banks, exposure to high-ticket loans (₹50 lakhs+), and a graduation or higher degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience 5-6 years in NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.

• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.

Role Requirement

• Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Should have handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.
