The role focuses on securing large-ticket loan approvals, coordinating with credit and technical teams, and ensuring timely documentation and disbursement.

You will work in a target-driven environment with incentive pay and medical benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in LAP product sales through DSAs.
• Handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.

Aufgaben

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
