• KYC Verification: Review customer KYC documents for ERP upload.
• Litigation Support: Assist in drafting notices, replies, and preparing cases for opinions.

Key Responsibilities

The Legal Executive will work closely with legal and business teams to support contract management and litigation. Key duties include:

• Contract Management & Drafting: Draft, review, and vet various agreements, including Supply & Services, Telecom Value Added Services, and Commercial Contracts.
• Risk Evaluation: Evaluate contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Hold interactive sessions with departments (like Sales and the Product team) to provide legal clarifications, take briefs on communication messaging, and draft new product agreements with suitable terms.
• KYC Verification: Review customer KYC documents and upload them for verification on the company’s ERP system.
• Litigation Support: Initiate, defend, and pursue litigation proceedings. This includes drafting and replying to legal notices, suits, petitions, and writ petitions, as well as settling plaints and preparing cases for opinions.
• External Counsel Coordination: Brief and appoint external legal counsels as required.
• Compliance & IP: Assist in obtaining business licenses, registrations, and managing Intellectual Property Rights matters.
