Job summary

Job description

• Prepare and maintain the monthly L&D training calendar.
• Prepare and manage the annual/yearly training calendar.
• Identify and schedule mandatory training topics as per organizational requirements.
• Coordinate training programs with various departments and trainers.
• Coordinate with the Fire & Safety Team for relevant training programs.
• Coordinate with the Infection Control Team for infection prevention and control training.
• Coordinate with the Hazmat Team for hazardous materials and safety-related training.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) Team for quality and compliance-related training.
• Track training schedules, attendance, participation, and completion.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports related to training and L&D activities.
• Prepare monthly L&D highlights covering key training activities, achievements, participation, and initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all training activities.
• Create bite-sized learning videos/microlearning content on relevant topics to support continuous learning.
• Develop and coordinate training presentations, learning materials, quizzes, and other resources.
• Follow up with departments regarding pending or overdue mandatory training.
• Collect and maintain training feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness.
• Support internal audits and provide required L&D/training documentation.
• Ensure all planned training activities are completed and reported within the defined timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of L&D processes and employee learning initiatives.
