Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for employees in a hospital environment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs and ensuring continuous employee development across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs across various hospital departments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and annual training calendars.
• Plan and coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Organize clinical, non-clinical, technical, and soft-skills training programs.
• Coordinate training related to hospital policies, SOPs, patient safety, infection control, quality standards, and NABH requirements.
• Work closely with department heads, doctors, nursing staff, and other employees to identify training requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external trainers for training sessions.
• Maintain training attendance records, feedback, and training documentation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Conduct employee orientation and support employee competency development.
• Prepare training MIS and regular reports for management.
• Ensure employees complete mandatory training programs as per hospital requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR, Learning & Development, Hospital Management, or any relevant qualification.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Hospital industry is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong training coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of NABH standards, SOPs, patient safety, and hospital training processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
