Job summary

VIP Industries Limited in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to strengthen our corporate learning programs. You will partner with business leaders to map skill gaps, design end-to-end learning pathways, and implement digital learning tools within our Mumbai corporate office.

The role requires minimum 6 years in L&D, an MBA/PGDM, and hands-on experience in vendor management, ROI measurement, leadership development, and coaching in a retail/FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Learning & Development.
• MBA/PGDM from premier B-School preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): partner with business to identify skill gaps across functions.
• Curriculum architecture: design end-to-end learning pathways for functional and soft skills.
• Digital learning infra: select and optimize LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Vendor & budget management: manage partnerships with training providers and content creators.
• ROI & metrics evaluation: build dashboards to measure training impact on productivity.
• Leadership journeys: design learning experiences for managers to executives.
• Executive coaching: standardize coaching and 360-degree feedback initiatives.
• Competency modeling: define and update leadership competency frameworks.

Learning & Development

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Partnering with Business to identify systemic skill gaps across functions.
• Curriculum Architecture: Designing end-to-end learning pathways for functional and soft skills.
• Digital Learning Infrastructure: Selecting and optimizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Managing high-value partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and content creators.
• ROI & Metrics Evaluation: Developing evaluation dashboards (e.g., Kirkpatrick model) to measure training impact on productivity.

Leadership Development

• Leadership Journeys: Designing continuous learning experiences for first-time managers up to executive leadership.
• Executive Coaching: Standardizing coaching, mentorship, and 360-degree feedback initiatives across management tiers.
• Competency Modeling: Defining and updating leadership competency frameworks aligned with future business strategies.
