Job summary

MUTHOOT PAPPACHAN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is seeking a role defined – L&D to lead end-to-end learning initiatives. You will manage monthly programs, analyze training needs, plan calendars, and drive outcomes across the organization.

The role involves leveraging an LMS, developing e-learning modules, and delivering hybrid training sessions to enhance employee performance. Collaboration with subject matter experts is key to ensuring up-to-date content and cost-effective training solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly learning programs from end to end, including Training Needs Analysis, planning training calendars, organizing trainings, gathering feedback, and maintaining training records.
• Work on LMS for creating training modules and maintaining training records.
• Establish clear learning outcomes for each program, setting expectations upfront with a roadmap for success for all participants in L&D activities.
• Develop customized e-learning modules to accommodate diverse learning needs.
• Enhance employee performance by designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate, up-to-date course content that meets organizational objectives.
• Optimize training budget allocation by identifying cost-effective solutions, such as leveraging in-house expertise or utilizing online resources.
