Job summary

Solar Industries India is seeking an L&D Executive/Senior Executive to lead development programs across plant and corporate locations. You will identify training needs, plan annual calendars, coordinate programs and measure impact.

You will manage trainers, vendors, budgets, and LMS initiatives, driving data analytics and engagement to strengthen leadership development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, and HR processes.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Power BI (preferred).
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularley to plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end learning and development initiatives across plant and corporate locations.
• Identify training needs, prepare annual training calendars, coordinate training programs, and measure training effectiveness.
• Manage internal/external trainers and training vendors, including coordination and commercial discussions.
• Monitor training budget, MIS, attendance, mandays, and other L&D metrics.
• Drive LMS and digital learning initiatives to improve employee engagement and learning effectiveness.
• Support talent development, leadership development, succession planning, Hi-Pot programs, and IDPs.
• Ensure compliance with L&D SOPs and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Plant Heads, HODs, trainers, and other stakeholders to achieve L&D objectives.
