Job summary

Nambiar Builders is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to identify training needs, design and deliver learning programs across Sales, CRM, Projects, Engineering and Corporate functions. The role focuses on boosting employee performance, leadership development and ensuring compliance with organizational learning objectives.

The ideal candidate will drive capability, coordinate inductions, manage LMS/e-learning, and partner with business leaders to close competency gaps while tracking

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Learning & Development experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or EPC preferred.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred or related certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct TNA and prepare annual training calendars.
• Design and deliver behavioral, leadership, technical, and sales training.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs.
• Organize technical training on construction processes, quality, safety, ERP/CRM systems.
• Drive sales capability development through product, negotiation, and customer engagement training.
• Partner with business leaders to identify competency gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and publish training reports/MIS.
• Manage LMS and e-learning initiatives.
• Ensure completion of mandatory compliance and EHS training across sites.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external learning partners.

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and driving employee capability across Sales,

CRM, Projects, Engineering, and Corporate functions. The role focuses on enhancing

employee performance, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with

organizational learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training calendars.
• Design and deliver behavioral, leadership, technical, and sales training programs.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Organize technical training on construction processes, quality, safety, RERA, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Drive sales capability development through product, negotiation, customer engagement, and closing skills training.
• Partner with business leaders to identify competency gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and publish training reports/MIS.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning initiatives, where applicable.
• Ensure completion of mandatory compliance and EHS training across corporate and project sites.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external learning partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Certification in Learning & Development or Training is an added advantage.

Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Preferred experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC organizations.
