Job summary

Mitarsh Energy in Ahmedabad seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead Training, Capability Building, and Technical Learning across Solar, Wind and Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance sectors.

You will design competency frameworks, manage technical training programs, onboard initiatives, skill development centres, audits, and ensure safety and statutory compliance while coordinating with O&M, HR and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development and technical training across Solar, Wind & Renewable Energy.
• Ability to design competency frameworks for technical and leadership roles.
• Design learning roadmaps and certification programs for O&M teams.
• Develop safety, technical and compliance training programs for field staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Capability Development initiatives across Solar, Wind, BESS, and Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance.
• Manage Learning Management System activities including onboarding, OJT frameworks, assessments and feedback.
• Oversee Skill Development Centres, safety training and workforce certification programs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Learning & Development, Technical Training, Capability Building and Competency Development initiatives across Solar, Wind, BESS and Renewable Energy Operations & Maintenance sector. The candidate will be responsible for designing competency frameworks, managing technical training programs, onboarding initiatives, skill development centres, audits, compliance, and capability enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Capability Development

• Conduct organization-wide Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Design and implement competency frameworks for technical and leadership roles.
• Develop learning roadmaps and certification programs.
• Create technical training modules for Operations & Maintenance professionals in Solar, Wind, BESS industry.
• Drive employee capability enhancement initiatives.

Learning Management System

• Manage technical induction programs for GETs, DETs and experienced hires.
• Develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) frameworks.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate with SMEs and business leaders for training delivery.

Skill Development Centre Management

• Manage Skill Development Centres and workforce certification initiatives.
• Develop safety, technical and compliance training programs.
• Ensure workforce readiness and deployment effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with O&M, HR and Leadership teams.
• Manage external training partners and training vendors.
• Drive cross-functional capability-building projects.

Audit & Compliance

• Support ESG, IMS and ISO audits.
• Maintain training compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage vendor payments and training budget.
• Monitor training KPIs and governance reports.
