Responsibilities

The Technical Training Manager will spearhead the design, development, deliver the training, and immediate execution of technical training programs across our hybrid renewable energy portfolio. This role is vital to closing skill gaps, standardizing technical execution, ensuring safety compliance, and upskilling site teams managing Utility‑scale Solar PV, Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). There is urgent need to design, develop and deliver Solar, Wind, BESS and hybrid RE operation and maintenance training programs in Adani Green Energy under Adani Skill & Education.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Certified Trainer (Instructional Design or technical training certifications) is highly preferred.).
• Should have worked in Solar/Wind/Battery Energy Storage System/Hybrid RE System Operation, Maintenance and Projects.
