Job summary

SK Finance is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and implement training programmes across the field network in Gujarat. You will conduct TNA, create curricula, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver engaging content that builds capabilities and improves performance.

The role requires 2–6 years of L&D experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills to influence across levels.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of Learning and Development principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and manage the employment process.
• Monitor employee performance.
• Develop learning programs, including curriculum design, content creation, and delivery methods.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials.
• Build capabilities through on-the-job training, coaching, or mentoring.
• Joining formalities.
• Preparing offer letter.
• Provide Products Training, Incentives Schemes training to field Officers.
