HeapTrace Technology invites a proactive Learning & Development Executive to identify training needs, design and deliver impactful programs, and elevate employee capabilities. The role covers end-to-end training management, assessment, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include creating engaging materials, delivering ILT, virtual, and blended programs, coordinating with SMEs, managing LMS, and measuring training effectiveness to drive ongoing development.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end training management.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging learning materials, presentations, training manuals, assessments, and job aids on LMS.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Customize training content based on organizational and departmental requirements.
• Facilitate induction, soft skills, behavioral, compliance, and professional development training sessions.
• Deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external trainers for specialized programs.
• Prepare training calendars and schedules.
• Manage end-to-end execution of training programs, from planning to post-training evaluations.
• Ensure smooth execution of all learning initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Assist in leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
• Analyze learning outcomes and prepare training reports and dashboards.
• Track employee learning progress and recommend improvement actions based on data.
• Maintain employee training records and learning databases.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
• Support the implementation and management of LMS, where applicable.

• Ability to analyze training data and prepare insightful reports.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging learning content.

Qualification

• MBA in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
