Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs aligned with 360 ONE’s business and people priorities.
• Conduct training needs assessments and support annual learning plans.
• Manage end-to-end training logistics, communication, and feedback.
• Track and report learning effectiveness through feedback and basic metrics.
• Partner with business and HR teams to identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
• Manage external training partners, internal facilitators, and SMEs.
• Oversee LMS operations—content uploads, tracking, reporting, and learner support.
• Contribute to soft skills sessions, learning events, leadership touchpoints, and mentoring initiatives.
