Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Learning & Development and OD initiatives.
• Identify learning needs and design capability-building interventions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the annual learning calendar and ensure timely execution of training programs.
• Coordinate with internal facilitators, stakeholders and external learning partners.
• Support administration of LMS, digital learning platforms, learning records and training compliance.
• Develop training content, facilitator guides, toolkits, presentations and communication material.
• Support employee engagement and change management initiatives through surveys and campaigns.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations and project updates for leadership reviews.
• Analyze learning data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardization across L&D/OD processes.
