Job summary

USV is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Learning & Organizational Development to own and operationalize our organization-wide learning strategy. The role is based in Govandi (East), Mumbai, with an IC designation and reports to the VP COE (L&OD).

You will lead end-to-end capability-building programs, manage the LMS, and drive data-driven OD initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR with 7–12 years in HR, focused on L&D/OD, and hands-on experience with LMS, HR analytics,

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
• 7-12 years of core HR experience with a dedicated focus on L&D/OD.
• Certifications in Instructional Design, L&D/OD, Coaching, or HR Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead capability-building initiatives from needs analysis and instructional design to delivery and ROI tracking.
• Leadership & Behavioral Journeys: Design and facilitate managerial, behavioral, and functional programs (coaching, communication, POSH, new manager onboarding).
• Digital Learning & AI: Manage our PeopleStrong LMS, develop engaging e-learning, and integrate AI/automation tools into learning workflows.
• Manufacturing & Compliance: Partner with plant/quality teams to align learning with GMP, GDP, and statutory requirements.
• Analytics & OD Strategy: Build actionable L&D dashboards, track performance insights, and execute digitized OD interventions.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRBPs, plant, sales, and executive leaders while managing external vendors and coaches.

Reports To: VP COE (L&OD)

Location: Govandi ( East), Mumbai

Work days: WFO (Monday to Friday & 1st , 3rd & 5th Saturday)

• Certifications (Bonus): Instructional Design, L&D/OD, Coaching, or HR Analytics.
