Job summary

Sarvodaya Hospital is seeking a Training & Development professional to lead learning initiatives across clinical, nursing, administrative, and support teams in Mathura.

Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, building calendars, coordinating inductions, and delivering programs on safety, compliance, leadership, and service excellence to drive quality and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis across clinical, nursing, administrative, and support functions.
• Develop and execute annual/monthly training calendars.
• Coordinate employee induction, orientation, mandatory and competency-based training.
• Organize training on patient safety, infection control, fire safety, BLS, communication, customer service, SOPs, compliance, and hospital quality standards.
• Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
• Design and facilitate soft-skills, leadership, and service-excellence programs.
• Coordinate internal trainers, external consultants, vendors, and training institutions.
• Track training attendance, completion, assessments, feedback, and effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and support NABH/JCI and other audit/accreditation requirements.
• Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
• Drive employee development, service excellence, and continuous learning initiatives.
