Job summary

SkilloVilla is seeking a passionate Learner Success Associate to create meaningful learning experiences and drive engagement from day one. You will work with learners and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey and strong outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves onboarding, regular check-ins, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high learner satisfaction and progress in programs. 2 openings with 0-2 years background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new learners, explain program structure, and drive engagement.

We’re looking for a passionate and learner-focused Learner Success Associate who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and making an impact from day one. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning journey, drive engagement, and improve overall learning outcomes, while gaining exposure to program operations and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do;

• Act as the primary point of contact, conducting regular check-ins and resolving learner queries proactively
• Engage with learners via calls, emails, and virtual sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction
• Track learner progress, attendance, and completion while maintaining accurate data in Google Sheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and learner experience
• Contribute to engagement initiatives and suggest improvements to enhance learner outcomes
