Job summary

PeopleStrong in Hyderabad is seeking a Lead – Stores – Site to oversee end-to-end stores operations at the project site, ensuring timely material receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control in line with company policies.

You will coordinate with procurement and project teams, maintain stock levels, conduct regular stock verification, and ensure proper documentation including GRNs and ledger entries to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, and proper storage of materials at the site store, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely in warding of materials and confirmation against purchase orders.
• Issue materials to site teams as per indents and maintain accurate issue records in ERP or store ledger systems.
• Maintain minimum stock levels, reorder levels, and ensure uninterrupted material availability through timely planning and replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical verification of stock, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and tagging of all incoming and outgoing materials including preparation of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
