Job summary

Shalimar Corp is seeking an experienced Stores/Warehouse Manager in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure accurate inventory management across project sites, and maintain SAP MM transactions (GRN, stock transfers).

With 12–15 years in stores/warehouse management and 5–10 years in Real Estate/Construction, you will coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely material availability and compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 5-10 years in Real Estate / Construction Industry.
• Experience in handling project-based inventory is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and optimum stock levels across project sites.
• Maintain all transactions in SAP (MM Module) including GRN, material issue, and stock transfers.
• Ensure proper documentation such as GRN, MRN, stock registers, and gate entries.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Project Teams for material planning and timely availability.
• Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving/non-moving inventory.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP records.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and company policies.
• Implement best practices for material handling, storage, and safety.
• Lead and manage store staff to ensure smooth operations
