Rahee Infratech Limited invites a store/warehouse inventory professional in India to manage spares, consumables and materials on site. You will handle ERP-based inventory maintenance, issue materials, and ensure proper storage and timely delivery to meet project requirements.

The role requires coordinating with procurement, site engineers, and vendors, maintaining stock accuracy, and performing regular stock reconciliations. Prior experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory of Spares & Consumables
• Maintaining of inventory in ERP
• Timely indent materials as per site requirement
• Timely booking of invoices in ERP and submission to accounts
• Check materials received at store withQuality Dept, verify MTC/IC and proper storage
• Receiving and issuing of Raw Materials, Consumables, HSD and lubricants
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per site requirements
• Regular stock verification and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheet for materials received, issued, returned

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory of Spares & Consumables
• Miniating of inventory in ERP
• Timely Indent Materials which are Procured as per site Requirement
• Timely Booked Invoice in ERP & Summited the bill account Dept.
• After Receive Materials at Store Check through Quality Dept, Check MTC, IC & Maintain Properly.
• Receiving and Issuing of Raw Materials, Consumable, HSD and Lubricants etc.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of materials as per site requirements.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
• Preparing and maintaining Excel sheet Fastening Materials Received, Issued, return.

Inventory control

• Procure Materials as per Site requirement and check materials are not wastage or misuse at site.
• Materials Issue to Contractors as per his site requirement approved through Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Material handling within Stores and at site
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase, Materials
• Given materials requirement as per requirement of site & follow up with vendor for timely delivery.
• Received materials with proper checking of Quantity, Quality, Expiry with all relevant documents.
• Issue the materials as per FIFO method. Storage of Explosive items at designated places, and also mentioned and display the board of MSDS.
• Full fill the requirement of Production.

Storage norms are followed & security of materials

• After receive materials at store, properly store inside or outside of store.
• Issue Materials to Contractor through Gate Pass & Issue Slip and Maintain Individual File of various Contractors.
• Timely Consumption of issue materials through ERP & maintain stock of materials.
• Check MIS Report & Closing Stock every Month.
• Monthly Reconciliation of Materials for maintain Physical Stock of materials.
• Coordination with purchase team for required materials at site

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with procurement, site DPM, and vendors for material requirements.
• Provide daily/weekly stock reports to project management.
• Assist in material requisition planning based on work progress and future requirements.
