Job summary

Elite Engineering Services in India is seeking a Store Keeper to manage the receipt, inspection and movement of electrical materials. You will verify PO/DL/ specs, record stock, issue materials to site teams, and coordinate with Purchase and site engineers.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, regular stock verification, safety, housekeeping and timely reporting of stock levels.

Qualifications

• Receive and inspect electrical materials as per PO, Delivery Challans, and approved specifications.
• Verify material quantity, quality, and condition at the time of receipt.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material inward/outward entries.
• Issue electrical materials to site teams as per approved Material Requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for material replenishment.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, vendors, and purchase teams for smooth material movement.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, handling, and preservation of electrical materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, material issue slips, delivery challans, and other store records.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety, and proper utilization of store space.
• Prepare daily/weekly material stock reports and update inventory records.
