Responsibilities

• Plan capacity, forecast volumes, manage resources and drive performance.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and Loan IQ-related changes and UAT.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, backups and business continuity planning.

Loan Servicing Participation - 4-11 Years - PAN India

We are hiring for Participation Loan Servicing for a leading global analytics and research organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Loan Operations, Participation Loan Servicing, Syndicated Loans, Loan IQ, Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Control, and Process Improvement who can drive operational excellence, ensure service quality, and manage client relationships.

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Gurugram/Chennai

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the participation loan servicing team, overseeing work allocation, SLA adherence, quality, and productivity.
2. Act as the primary escalation point for the US banking client's operations leadership and agent banks, ensuring timely resolution of complex servicing issues.
3. Own KPI and KRI reporting and lead regular governance meetings to review operational performance, risks, and service delivery.
4. Plan capacity, forecast transaction volumes, manage resourcing, and drive team performance.
5. Drive process improvement, automation, and control enhancements, including participation in Loan IQ system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Manage knowledge transfer, backup arrangements, and business continuity planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
7. Maintain audit and regulatory readiness across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with established control frameworks and operating procedures.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance or a related field, with 411 years of experience in Loan Operations, including at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
2. Strong expertise in Loan IQ and syndicated loan servicing operations.
3. Proven experience in stakeholder management with US or global banks.
4. Experience in team management, operational governance, KPI/KRI reporting, and SLA management.
5. Understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
6. MBA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification preferred.
7. Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
