The Corporate Institute in Chennai invites an experienced Associate/AVP to lead Change the Bank and operations transformation. You will drive process diagnostics, governance, and productivity enhancements across Operations, working with Risk, Technology, Finance, Quality, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires 10–15 years in Banking Operations or related fields, with strong skills in process mapping, KPI management, and executive communication.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in Banking Operations, Shared Services, GCCs, Consulting, PMO, Service Management, or Transformation roles.
• Experience in process reengineering, operating model improvement, governance management, service delivery transformation, or productivity programs.
• Banking operations domains such as KYC, Trade Finance, Loans, Payments, Middle Office, Client Ops, or Credit Ops preferred.
• Strong executive communication, governance reporting, stakeholder management, process mapping, project planning, KPI/SLA management, and data interpretation.
• Graduate degree in Commerce/Finance/Engineering/Business/Operations; MBA/PGDM and Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive governance forums, steering committees, portfolio reviews, service reviews, and executive dashboards.
• Monitor performance: SLA/KPI adherence, TAT, productivity, backlog, capacity, and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify and track productivity gains through simplification, redesign, automation, and elimination of non-value-added activities.
• Partner with Technology and Digital teams on automation, RPA, OCR, AI, UAT, adoption, and post-implementation tracking.

Associate/Assistant Vice President – Change the Bank – Chennai – 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced Change the Bank / Operations Transformation professional to drive process improvement, governance, service management, productivity enhancement, and transformation initiatives across Operations. The role will work closely with Operations, Risk, Technology, Quality, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics, root cause analysis, process reengineering, and To-Be process design across Operations functions.

Requirements:

• 10 – 15 years of experience in Banking Operations, Shared Services, Global Capability Centres, Consulting, Process Excellence, PMO, Service Management, or Transformation roles.
• Strong experience in process reengineering, operating model improvement, governance management, service delivery transformation, or productivity programs.
• Experience in banking operations such as KYC, Trade Finance, Loans, Payments, Middle Office, Client Operations, or Credit Operations will be preferred.
• Strong skills in executive communication, governance reporting, stakeholder management, process mapping, project planning, KPI/SLA management, and data interpretation.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM and Lean Six Sigma certification will be preferred.
