Job summary

Money Links Capital in Delhi, India, is seeking a motivated Lead Generator to join our sales team on-site. You will identify and qualify potential customers and pass warm leads to our closers to drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes prospecting via calls, meetings, and referrals; maintaining a prospects database; and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Freshers are welcome; training and incentives are provided.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify potential customers, and pass warm leads to our sales closers to drive revenue growth.

• Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and needs
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and lead status
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to keep prospects engaged
• Report lead generation results to the team leader regularly

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and persistent personality
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage but not required ( fresher can also apply**)
• Willing to work on-site
