Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to implement, configure, and support Time Management modules for clients in India. Your deep expertise in EC and Time Off, plus ability to translate business needs into scalable SF solutions, will drive HR transformation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver analytics via Canvas and Story Reports, while ensuring data security and best practices in RBAC.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Off certifications with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience configuring, implementing, supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications for SF提供.

Area(s) of responsibility

• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.
• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
• Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.
• Interact with clients to understand business requirements and finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Understand the technology landscape, client business areas, functional trends, industry direction, and value propositions for adopting new solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Canvas Reports and Story Reports, providing insightful analytics and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business reporting needs and recommend optimal reporting and data visualization solutions.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including security design, access management, and troubleshooting permission-related issues.
• Configure and enhance role-based permissions in alignment with business requirements while ensuring data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system optimization for SuccessFactors applications.

Time Management Job Description

As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
• Demonstrate mandatory experience in Year-End Time Off activities within SAP SuccessFactors, including leave carryover processing, leave balance adjustments, accrual processing, period-end reconciliation, annual leave calendar updates, and holiday calendar maintenance.
