Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules in a Pune-based client environment. • Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.

Time Management Job Description

As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients' HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
• Demonstrate mandatory experience in Year-End Time Off activities within SAP SuccessFactors, including leave carryover processing, leave balance adjustments, accrual processing, period-end reconciliation, annual leave calendar updates, and holiday calendar maintenance.
