The role involves end-to-end implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management configuration and implementation across multiple countries.
• Experience with Time Off/Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Clock In/Clock Out.
• End-to-end implementation: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and related modules.
• Set up Clock In/Clock Out functionality.
• Configure work schedules, time types, time valuation, overtime rules, and accruals.
• Handle country-specific time management requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation from requirements to deployment and support.
• Support global workforce time management across multiple countries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and business-process issues.
