Job summary

Birlasoft in Pune seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to implement, configure, and support the Time Management module, aligning HR processes with client needs.

You will leverage 8+ years of expertise in Employee Central and Time Off, collaborate with multi-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from blueprint through productive support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with EC and Time Off modules.
• Valid SuccessFactors certifications in EC and Time Off.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions within SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module.
• Analyze requirements, design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central Time functions (time tracking, absence, forecasting, schedules).
• Interact with clients to finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, and ongoing enhancements.

• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and production issue resolution across SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Candidates must possess valid SuccessFactors certifications in both Employee Central (EC) and Time Off, demonstrating expertise in configuration, implementation, support, and maintenance of these modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.

• Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.

Time Management Job Description

As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize clients’ HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
• Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
