• Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and KPIs.
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to drive workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity.
• Manage recruitment vendors, search firms, and external hiring partners.

• Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
