This role focuses on building talent pipelines, optimizing sourcing strategies, tracking metrics, and delivering quality hires on time through close collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 58 years of recruitment experience with strong SAP hiring expertise.
• Prior team-handling experience, preferably in an RPO setup.
• Good understanding of SAP skill sets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics.
