Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our People Culture team. In this role, you will act as a strategic interface between HR leadership and assigned business units, managing employee engagement, performance management, talent retention, and HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering Strategic Alignment: Partner with department leads, project managers, and technical heads to understand business priorities and workforce dynamics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to mid-level managers on team management, career progression, and employee productivity.
• Align HR initiatives with overall organizational growth and business unit goals.
• Employee Engagement Experience: Drive employee engagement activities, quarterly town halls, wellness programs, and team-building events.
• Conduct structured 1-on-1 check-ins, skip-level sessions, and stay interviews to gauge pulse, morale, and team sentiment.
• Design and execute employee recognition programs to champion high performance and core organizational values.
• Performance Management System (PMS): Facilitate end-to-end performance management processes, including goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Assist line managers in conducting fair evaluations and delivering constructive feedback.
• Guide performance enablement through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and tailored developmental coaching.
• Employee Relations Grievance Redressal: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, compensation, benefits, and workplace culture.
• Investigate and resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances objectively and in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure full compliance with internal governance, Code of Conduct, and statutory labor requirements (including PoSH).
• Onboarding Integration: Collaborate with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver an engaging, seamless onboarding journey for new hires.
• Oversee the 30-60-90 day orientation and integration process to ensure rapid assimilation and early retention.
• Retention, Offboarding People Analytics: Conduct structured exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and deliver actionable insights to reduce turnover.
• Track key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement index, tenure, and headcount trends using HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Education background: MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Work experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles, ideally within an IT, SaaS, Cloud, or Consulting environment.
• HR domain expertise: Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, performance frameworks, employee relations, and labor compliance.
• HRIS analytical tools: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, Workday) and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening and interpersonal empathy.
• Problem-solving agility: Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to business needs.
