Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, strategic HR, or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
