Job summary

IT By Design seeks an experienced Manager/Senior Manager - HRBP to lead people agenda for our Noida office. The role partners with leadership, drives employee engagement, uses analytics to inform workforce decisions, and ensures strong HR operations and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in technology/IT HR, with prior people management and expertise in HR analytics, engagement, performance management, and HRIS-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in HR, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of HR experience in Technology/IT organizations, preferably with 1,000+ employees.
• Prior team management experience.
• Strong expertise in HR Analytics, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management, Labor Law Compliance, and HR Policy Design & Governance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, dashboards, and digital HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and employees.
• Drive HR policies, processes, and governance across the employee lifecycle.
• Own and manage key HR metrics, including eSAT, eNPS, Attrition Analysis, Top Performer Metrics.
• Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and escalations.
• Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
• Drive culture-building initiatives and change management programs.
• Partner with HR Operations to ensure payroll, audits, documentation, and compliance accuracy.
• Champion HR technology adoption and HRIS-driven workflows.
• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain audit readiness.
