Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced application support professional to handle L2/L3 incidents. You will analyze Java and JavaScript code, review existing applications, perform RCA, and collaborate with the development team to implement fixes.

You will troubleshoot Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and serverless architectures, replicate defects in non-prod, and use AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript, including code analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and minor code fixes.
• Ability to review and understand existing application code to identify defects and resolve issues.
• Independent configuration fixes and RCA with evidence for developers.
• Understand and troubleshoot applications built on Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and serverless architecture.
• Replicate production defects in non-production environments and provide evidence for remediation.
• Experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB.
• Analyze logs, code, API interactions, and infrastructure to identify root causes.
• Strong production support with incident management and SLA adherence.
• Python scripting and automation for ops activities.
• Understanding of E-commerce domain workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

L2 and L3 Application support.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript programming, including code analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and minor code fixes.
• Ability to review and understand existing application code to identify defects and resolve issues.
• Capable of independently executing configuration fixes and conducting thorough RCA, supported by detailed evidence and diagnostics to enable the Development team to implement code-level resolutions.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot applications built on Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and Serverless Architecture, enabling efficient incident investigation, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to replicate production defects in non-production environments, identify root causes, and provide comprehensive evidence to support remediation efforts
• Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Analyze application logs, code, API interactions, and infrastructure components to identify root causes.
• Strong production support experience with managing production incidents, ensuring high application availability, and meeting SLA commitments.
• Experience in Python scripting and automation for operational and support activities.
• Good understanding of E-commerce domain workflows and end-to-end application processes.
