Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability in production support at L2/L3, incident management, and RCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot issues using Core Java 8, SQL and Unix/Linux.
• Monitor health, logs, alerts, and system performance.
• Perform incident analysis, RCA, and problem resolution.
• Handle Sev1/Sev2 incidents and ensure SLA-compliant resolutions.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and investigation.
• Coordinate with dev, infra, DB, and other teams for fixes.
• Participate in health checks, deployments, and releases.
• Document incidents and maintain knowledge articles.
