Job summary

Reyika is seeking a senior Java application support specialist in Bengaluru, India, to handle L2/L3 production support for Java applications. The role requires debugging, root-cause analysis, and code fixes, along with SQL data queries and log analysis in Linux/Unix environments.

You will participate in deployments and post-release validation, documenting all incidents and resolutions in the knowledge base to improve ongoing support quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java application support.
• Strong knowledge of Java and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on debugging of Java applications.
• Experience writing code fixes and bug fixes.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell.
• Experience analyzing application and server logs.
• Understanding of production support processes and incident handling.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy.

Responsibilities
