Job summary

Cognizant in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced L3 Production/Application Support professional. You will provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications, troubleshoot incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience, strong communication, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Angular/Java basics are a plus, and experience in large-scale enterprises is preferred.

Qualifications

• L3 production/application support experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka-based enterprise applications is required.
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or deployments.
• Basic Angular/Java development knowledge is a plus.
