Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced technical professional to diagnose and fix defects across Java and JavaScript stacks, review existing code, and perform root cause analysis with thorough diagnostics. The role requires hands-on experience with Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and Serverless architectures, plus AWS services.

• Hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript programming with code analysis and debugging.
• Ability to review existing application code to identify defects and resolve issues.
• Independently execute configuration fixes and conduct thorough RCA with evidence.
• Understand and troubleshoot Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and Serverless Architectures.
• Replicate production defects in non-production environments with root cause analysis.
• Experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Analyze logs, code, API interactions, and infra components to identify root causes.
• Strong production support experience, managing incidents and SLA commitments.
• Python scripting and automation for operational tasks.
• Knowledge of E-commerce domain workflows and end-to-end processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and diagnose defects in existing applications.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript programming, including code analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and minor code fixes.
• Ability to review and understand existing application code to identify defects and resolve issues.
• Capable of independently executing configuration fixes and conducting thorough RCA, supported by detailed evidence and diagnostics to enable the Development team to implement code-level resolutions.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot applications built on Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, and Serverless Architecture, enabling efficient incident investigation, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to replicate production defects in non-production environments, identify root causes, and provide comprehensive evidence to support remediation efforts
• Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, DynamoDB, and DocumentDB.
• Analyze application logs, code, API interactions, and infrastructure components to identify root causes.
