Job summary

Zoho is seeking an experienced L3 Cloud Engineer with expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, cloud architecture support, deployment guidance, automation, and technical leadership for enterprise cloud environments, based in Chennai or Bangalore.

Contract – 12 Months (Extendable). Rotation Global Support and collaboration with global delivery teams are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security, IAM, and monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex L2/L3 cloud incidents.
• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Lead cloud implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Troubleshoot networking, security, performance, and availability issues.
• Automate operational activities using IaC.
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
