Qualifications

• 7-12 years of cloud engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP ecosystems.
• Willingness to work in Chennai/Bangalore and adjacent locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex L2/L3 cloud incidents.
• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Lead cloud implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, security, performance, and availability issues.
• Automate operational activities using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Provide technical mentoring to L1/L2 support teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
• Implement cloud governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with global delivery and project teams.
