Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in production support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architectures and AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Linux/Unix.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, Postman, and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications, microservices, Kubernetes workloads and AWS infrastructure.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting of Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Analyze application logs, exceptions and Java stack traces.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes pods, deployments, services and application issues.
• Investigate DynamoDB queries, scans, indexes, partition keys and throttling issues.
• Handle production incidents, alerts and failed transactions.
• Create and manage bugs/incidents/work items in Azure DevOps.
• Support application monitoring, logging, reporting and data extraction.
• Generate and validate CSV/Excel reports.
• Handle business-user application queries and provide technical support.
• Use Linux commands, Postman and scripting for troubleshooting and operational activities.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and maintain incident documentation/runbooks.
• Identify recurring issues and support automation and continuous improvement.
