Job summary

Synechron in Bengaluru is seeking an L2 Production Support Engineer to join our mission-critical applications team. The role requires 5–10 years of experience, with a shift from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST, and a strong background in Windows administration and SQL.

You will monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, manage batch schedules with Control-M, and collaborate with dev and infra teams to maintain high availability in an Australia-facing business context.

Qualifications

• Experience in L2 production support for business-critical applications.
• Strong Windows administrator and SQL skills are required.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
