Job summary

Dreampath Services in Bengaluru (Remote Some time will have to attend office) is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer specializing in Java applications, microservices, and DevOps practices. The role focuses on stability, performance, and continuous improvement of production-critical platforms.

You will provide L2/L3 production support, monitor health and logs, drive RCA, support CI/CD, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• 6–12 Years experience in Production Support.
• L2/L3 production support for Java and Microservices.
• Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tools.
• SLA and KPI management.
• Strong understanding of Java applications.
• Experience supporting Spring Boot and Microservices environments.
• Understanding of REST APIs and application integrations.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot code-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java and Microservices-based applications.
