UKG Kronos Consultant

• Good knowledge in UKG Kronos application (Kronos is a Workforce Management System)
• 3 year experience in managing Kronos system configuration change project with Dell Boomi
• Work as a BA to manage the project life cycle for the Kronos system configuration project
  • Gather business requirement (handle BRD and Use case)
  • Perform UAT (handle Test case)
  • Plan for Production deployment (handle rollout plan)
• Work as a Kronos configuration consultant to design and perform system configuration change
  • (Must) Configure system change in key modules, such as Timekeeping, Accrual and Scheduling
  • (Prefer) Design Kronos Interface using the WIM tools
  • (Prefer) Configure Advanced Scheduling (Schedule Optimization module)
  • (Optional) Configure UKG Kronos mobile app setup including the attestation setup
  • (Optional) Build and modify Kronos Custom reports
  • (Optional) Build and modify Kronos Analytics reports
