Kairos Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG Pro specialist to lead implementation projects across Timekeeping, Attendance, and Scheduling. The candidate will design workflows, rules, and policies, align UKG Pro with HR systems, and develop end-user training.

Experience in Kronos-centric migrations to UKG and Dell Boomi integrations is highly valued. Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills and documentation capabilities are required to translate business needs into technical configurations.

• 4-10 years of experience with UKG Pro (or similar workforce management systems).
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro implementation projects: configuring Timekeeping, Attendance & Accruals, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling.

• Experience in technical development and support of Interfaces with Dell Boomi knowledge.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into UKG Pro configurations.
• Design and implement workflows, rules, and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational goals.
• Experience in SQL and PL SQL programming to be able to work on Interfaces development
• Dell Boomi certification.
