Job summary

Onusworks Software India seeks an experienced UKG Consultant to lead UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central implementations and migrations. You will drive end-to-end activities from timekeeping and accruals to cutover and go-live support, with emphasis on data migration, APIs, and reporting.

The role is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, collaborating with payroll teams and business users to design and validate solutions using Paragon and Navigator.

Qualifications

• End-to-end UKG implementation and migration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Timekeeping configuration and support.
• Experience in data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.
• Familiarity with UKG APIs, reports, and data analytics features.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UKG implementation and migration projects.
• Configure and support Timekeeping, accruals, and related modules.
• Handle data migration, validation, and cutover activities.

UKG Implementation and Migration Consultant

Experienced UKG consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central implementation and migration projects. Skilled in handling end-to-end activities across timekeeping, accruals, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support. Strong knowledge of BIRT reports, UKG APIs, UKG Bryte AI, Data Hub, and migration tools like Paragon and Navigator.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end UKG implementation and migration experience
• Strong knowledge of Timekeeping configuration and support
• Hands-on experience in Accruals setup and validation
• Experience in data migration, configuration validation, and cutover activities
• Experience working with data migration tools like Paragon and Navigator
• Knowledge of UKG APIs for data extraction, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of BIRT reports for report development and customization
• Knowledge of UKG Bryte AI for advanced insights, automation, and intelligent workforce analytics
• Understanding of UKG Data Hub for data consolidation, reporting, and analytics enablement
• Awareness of new UKG Pro WFM features and enhancements (AI-driven capabilities, improved analytics, and integrations)
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support
• Ability to work with business users, payroll teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of UKG functional processes and migration strategy
