Job summary

SLRIS in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior UKG Functional Consultant to drive UKG (Kronos) WFM implementations. The role requires over 8 years of experience in functional consulting, strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accrual configurations, and excellent stakeholder management. Candidates will collaborate with Payroll and HR, support UAT and Go-Live activities, and work in an innovative environment focused on long-term career growth. What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to UKG (Kronos) WFM implementation and enhancement projects
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Configure and support:
• Accruals
• Scheduling
• Leave Management
• Support Workforce Central to Workforce Dimensions migrations
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams for integrations and data validation
• Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Runs, and Go-Live activities
• Provide post Go-Live support and resolve functional issues
• Partner with client stakeholders on change requests and continuous improvements

Who You Are

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with UKG (Kronos) Functional Consulting
• Exposure to global implementations (EAST ASIA PACIFIC regions)
• Strong expertise in Timekeeping and Accrual configurations
• Experience with Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions
• Solid understanding of Pay Rules and Leave Policies
• Experience with UKG–Payroll / HRMS integrations
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting large enterprise WFM environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced consulting setup
